Why these calculators exist
Pakistani electricity bills are hard to predict because the tariff is inclining-block — every unit over 100 costs more than the last, and every jump at 200, 300, 400 and 700 units bumps you into a more expensive slab that applies to your whole month. On top of that sit Fuel Price Adjustment (FPA), quarterly tariff adjustment, 18% GST, electricity duty and PTV fee. That's five moving parts on every bill.
Each calculator here isolates one of those moving parts so you can experiment. Change the units and watch the slab jumps. Change the FPA rate and see what happens next month. Add solar and see how many years until it pays for itself.
