- 1LINK online banking — every major bank app lists "WASA Lahore" under Utility bills.
- JazzCash — dial *786# → 2 (Bill Payment) → Utility → WASA Lahore → enter 12-digit consumer ID.
- Easypaisa — app: Bill Payment → Water → WASA Lahore → consumer ID.
- WASA counter — at any of the ~30 sub-division offices across Lahore (cash only, working hours).
Common issues and fixes
- Bill not showing online — bills usually appear 3-5 days after generation. Try again or call WASA Lahore helpline 1334.
- Wrong property category — visit sub-division office with ownership documents to request re-categorisation.
- Sewerage-only bill — if you have a private tubewell, you still pay the sewerage portion (roughly 40% of the domestic tariff).
- Disconnection notice — WASA can disconnect after 3 unpaid months. Pay any amount plus a Rs 500 reconnection fee to restore service.
