About BillHub

BillHub exists for one job: get your Pakistani electricity or utility bill in front of you as fast as possible, on any device, without ads that hijack half the screen.

What we do

We fetch bills live from the official PITC portal (bill.pitc.com.pk) — the same feed every DISCO uses to publish current-month bills. We present the numbers in a clean layout that reads well on a phone, print well on paper, and load in under a second on a 3G connection.

We cover every ex-WAPDA electricity distribution company — MEPCO, LESCO, IESCO, GEPCO, FESCO, PESCO, HESCO, SEPCO, QESCO, TESCO — plus K-Electric for Karachi. We also index guides for gas (SNGPL, SSGC), landline (PTCL) and water (WAPDA) bills.

Why we built it

The official PITC site works, but it is slow, cluttered with ads, and rarely usable on a small screen. Bill-pay apps show you a bill only once you have signed in. If all you want is "how much do I owe this month?", both of those routes waste minutes. We took that flow, stripped it to the point where you enter a 14-digit reference and the bill appears — that is it.

Privacy

No reference numbers are stored on our servers. Anything you save under "Recent lookups" lives only in your browser's local storage and can be cleared with one click from the same UI. We do not resell your data, and we do not ask for a phone number or CNIC. The only third-party scripts on this site are Google Analytics (aggregate, IP-anonymised) and a single ad slot to cover hosting costs.

Who we are not

We are independent — not affiliated with MEPCO, LESCO, IESCO, GEPCO, FESCO, PESCO, HESCO, SEPCO, QESCO, TESCO, K-Electric, WAPDA, NEPRA, PITC, SNGPL, SSGC, PTCL or any government body. We do not accept bill payments, cannot register complaints on your behalf, and cannot restore a disconnected connection. For those, use your DISCO's helpline (dial 118 from any phone in Pakistan) or a licensed payment channel (JazzCash, Easypaisa, 1LINK banks).

What comes next
